Hey everyone i just want to start by saying this group is the amazing they answer all my questions and make everything simple and direct for a newbie like me.

My question is where can i find simple one page wholesale contracts and assignment contracts that is easy for a seller to understand I looked on google but with no success. any direct link would work thanks in advance.
