I always thought that real estate should be a team sport, not just with the out side professionals used in the process, but people with a direct interest in the success of your own business.That being said, I realize that my reputation would be seriously on the line either with success of failure.

Reputation gets around.

I've spoken to numerous people who ask for more information about our company and our reputation.

Should I hire a reputable property management company to handle this or a reputable Real estate agent/broker?

I take my reputation very seriously, hence my response to your uneducated comments.  

Talk to you local Home Builders Association, bankers, local lumber yards, to find a reputable GC. 

Again I don't tend to evict my tenants I try to help them as much as I can.I stood up for him again at the sacrifice of my reputation with the association.Everything's quiet for awhile and this kid goes to court represents himself and gets his original disorderly conduct charge dismissed.

The real estate industry is built around trust, references, word of mouth, repeat business, and reputation.  

We ultimately ended up tearing down the addition because we kept uncovering new problems with it:We couldn't bypass the city and go straight to the county to get the square footage accounted, and the city of Seatac has a reputation for being unreasonable.
