I have enlisted him to be my project manager/work some of the project himself. 

I’m getting concerned about the labor part.Am I being overly simplistic to think I could - between Home Depot laborers- thumbtack and people I’ve used for projects at my house - I could manage a small rehab ..?

My main contractor doesn't have the resources to complete both projects at the same time.

Any lender is also likely to want to see that you have enough cash flow to make payments on the new loan, though some will lend with "no payments" until you sell or refinance the project.

Industry activity as well as proposed and current development projects look to keep us in a strong state.  

I would welcome suggestion/opinion on some of the questions below(1) Is it OK for me to knock on the door and politely ask owners to vacate? 

She previously worked in a screen print shop, so with added skill set she is gaining, she plans to freelance on design and marketing projects for a side income.

Hello Members,I am new to  BP & this is my first post ,, So I hope I get some leeway in my first presentation.I am attaching an image of a sample spreadsheet I drafted a few minutes ago - to  engage and hopefully close on investors .There are already numerous varieties of Project Analysis Packets in the market today  .However, I have not yet found any that allow one  to view  6 ,10 , or even 50 properties in one shot.
