Most people looking at MHPs want 20 lots or more so you could end up getting stuck with this park for good.

Think whether this ADU makes sense financially for you, and should you also get tax benefits, then it's a nice bonus.

Haven't seen the other two come to fruition...or if they have, I haven't found out.Demand might be really high right now, but it would likely be dominated by people trying to find someone to pay the full contributed capital for worthless positions in failed deals.

I have always thought this was an interesting proposition for STRs.I think it would make more sense if you had a few in an area with a common theme.

My advice would be to look for deals that make sense with today's rates.
