Perhaps spend a portion of your earned-income money on a good partnership agreement you can use and be prepared to market yourself as the project manager to your new-found investment partner. 

If I can write a piece of software that eliminates some office function (e.g., loan underwriting) or a robot that does a job formerly performed by a person, I can make a lot of money.  

If so are we allowed to ask on the forums for people interested in a partnership on the forums?

I've been to many "asset protection" seminars over the years and I agree that owning/operating in a sole proprietorship or general partnership is insane, and some entity structuring is certainly necessary - to a point.

We do use DocuSign for a few things that AppFolio does not provide functionality to but most is done through AppFolio. 

So we are looking for the same functionality with the added ability to populate directly to everyone's calendar, send notification when new tasks are created and integrate with all devices we use...and of course give our portfolio managers ability to run reports to ensure timeliness and thoroughness.
