Finding reasonable ways to overcome your own laziness and excuses and then executing with frequency against the things you need to do.For example in my fitness instance, in the winter I use the excuse of "I hate treadmills" and "it's too cold I'm not running" so I bough a rogue echo bike and literally put it at the foot of my bed.

While I am only human I have noticed direct correlation between the absence of sugar and high levels of motivation, energy, and daresay optimism; adversely I've noticed that high levels of sugar consumption, especially in daytime hours, lead to horrible crashes of energy, motivation, and daresay depression (not necessarily clinical depression but certainly depressed attitude or state of mind).

From the local paper here in Albany, the Times Union:"The laws require landlords to give tenants several months notice before an eviction for non-payment, and enable judges to "stay" an eviction up to a year if it will cause "hardship," such as adversely affecting the tenant's childcare arrangements or health."
