I probably value my time to much tbh.Fourth My Relationships the sum is greater then individual parts I couldn't be where I am at 23 with out my mentors and friends that have lifted me up along the way.Fifth My Knowledge Its one of two things no one can take from me and can recreate the success I may lose in the future.I believe that the last three are the most basic components to building real wealth but with out the first two there is no reason to push and grow all success would fill dead and hollow.Your turn guys!

Trying to build some long term relationships with some invests and expand my network to grow and take on more and more work.

For me the issues would be: 1) AirBnB might cease to exist.2) AirBnB might cease to be legal where you are.3) AirBnB involves having dozens of tenant relationships per month, instead of one every year or so.4) There have been some horror stories about people AirBnB'ing houses just to throw massive destructive parties. 

You don't want to be stuck with an empty house if something happens in your relationship with one of them.Sounds pretty exciting though!!!!

Also consider how it can impact your personal relationship with him and others in the family.

I've had a similar outlook with work and some personal relationships in the past.

You have to establish yourself as an expert and demonstrate that you know exactly what you’re doing including the market, cost, exit values etc. it’s more about you your competency and the relationship then it is the deal or the returns.
