I'm curious if anyone knows of a lender that operates in Colorado that does not require a seasoning period and will go head and provided a HELOC or Second Mortgage based on the newly appraised value and not the purchase price. 

Or get a broker that you trust to launch your active investing efforts.Comparing the two is very difficult.

It involved convincing the current low paying rent tenants to either leave or stay at market rent in a newly updated apartment.

Please ground your assessments about zoning standards and your project's fit within those standards before you launch. 

The inside was newly renovated so it was pretty turn key!
