You don’t need to look at any schools but high schools When you have narrow down your areas that you want to concentrate on then go out and ride around these areas and look for good and bad of these neighbourhood riding around and making mental notes are huge especially since potential buyers of your flip properties will do the same .

The only way I can think of to make it work is if she switches into a long-term asset mentality and can take on the negative cash flow for a while waiting on rents to go up and appreciation to kick in (as well as inflation benefits, etc.).
