As an investor, you can not lock up a contract, find an end buyer, and then use the end buyers funds to fund your A_B transaction, then on same day or even next day, use the same funds to fund the B-C transaction.

this is a good topic and has useful information.i tried angie's list and they were more expensive. i try not to tell them where i got their number. this way they dont gauge their bid on who referred them to me. sometimes they think i am a lock and give me a higher bit because "so and so gave me your number... i just smile and let them take a hike.

I suppose, if they were certified, solid gold, long term tenants with a spotless record and a cleaning fettish, and you've proven all this to be true with your screening process, I might lock-em up.Actually, I have, only to have them call me 6 weeks later asking for their deposit back cause they found something better.
