I can see where it would be helpful to know the less profitable areas but geez you have the color coding backwards.

Here's our Rehab checklist- Kitchen;  Bath; Electric; Lighting; Plumbing; Roofing; Curb Appeal; Flooring; Walls & Ceilings; Mechanical Systems; Doors & Windows; code violationsOur numbers checklist- Taxes, ARV, HOA, Rental Income

Walls have holes and poorly done plaster repairs, doors are missing door knobs, lights are missing fixtures, and some faucets are missing knobs.  

I need to know what the market for such a car is, year, model, color, option, etc., in order to compare.

Is this all one color or will the trim be painted differently?

no, i'm not interested in discriminating against folks based on race/color/nationality/national origin/religion/sex/disability; whether under my own primary residence's roof nor any clients' but actually bewildered that such a detailed act would point out 'race' 'color' and 'nationality' or 'national origin' but not touch upon ethnicity; same for 'sex' but not even touch upon gender identity or orientation.. at least at the federal level.and likewise, what about language?

That approach really helped me, and I passed the exam with flying colors after about. 2 hours max.
