I have been on here for a while just reading information and learning as much as possible.

I must say this site is a source of motivation and knowledge.

I do respect what you guys are doing here it has made a major difference in my life.

My goal is to quit my job in the next 5 years and I'm sure it will happen especially with BP in my life.

I have put in an offer purchase on a sectional title as my first property that i would like to buy and hold.
