I watched the BP webinar yesterday and they said I should create a deal funnel.

My wife is a huge People's Court fan and one of the things she has learned through the years of watching is always at least take pictures but video with descriptions are always better.As soon as we pulled in the driveway she started recording video and I started taking pictures.

Everything I've watched and read talks about how awesome it is to do but doesn't really dive any deeper into the subject matter.

I pay for a job done right, granted I don't often pay retail, but I don't watch any ones hours either.

They were still watching trainings on VHS.  

I wish I would have stuck around for Tony but I just couldn't sit through it any longer it was like watching paint dry. 

I watched Edgewood/EAV appreciate like mad in the last 3 years and am seeing the same thing happen in Westend, Westview, Adair park, etc.

Tom Krol's interview on BiggerPockets was the first one I watched, so bc he was "endorsed" by BP who is against get rich quick schemes and expensive gurus I am wondering if any of you have been mentored by his program? 

Make them that they can show you that they are worth that and then they are trustworthy and not have to watch what they do.Good luck to you!
