I'd really like to focus on facilitating relationships because all the learning you could ever want are on the internet, and face time with other investors is harder to come by.

I've been obsessively digesting every real estate market headline, analysis chart, market outlook, and Case-Schiller index the internet can feed me and it seems certain that we're exiting the expansion phase of the real estate cycle.

I have started to build the infrastructure and systems to 'fish for leads' via the internet (SEO), but will need others to round out the team. 

As far as notes look up Scott Carson and Eddie Speed on the internet.

The wholesaling craze has manifested it self out of the internet age and selling how to.. but your right its very tough and probably the hardest thing to do.. 

I do have some experience in internet marketing.

As internet technology is a business I have and am keenly interested in what others are doing.

-I have about 5 different craigslist accounts, each with a separate email and each is always logged into from a changed IP address when I place ads or send email through craigslist servers.

People who need to sell RIGHT NOW.Future Business= Absentee mailings, Internet Marketing, Blogging, etc.Maybe Business= Things you can't control.
