we hire PM to place tenant and find tenant and write the lease that will stand up to our states stringent requirements.. then we handle it from there.. our props though are new or A class so very easy for us to collect rent and send handyman for any maintenance issues. .our commercial props are all NNN or double net so very passive for those.
