Hello,

1. What property management software do you use and why?

We've considered Buildium, Appfolio, and Rent Manager thus far.

2. If you were building a property management company from scratch what resources would you recommend?

Books, mastermind group, etc would you read / look into

Thanks for your consideration

@Carl Millsap - I use Appfolio but if I was doing it from scratch, I'd probably go with RentVine.  Appfolio is top of class but their customer service is not great.  Rentvine has top in class customer service.

I'd join NARPM if I was just starting out.  There you can find similar people and start networking.  Many people will give away so much knowledge and resources to you because we all know how hard it is and how hard it was when we were starting.

The NARPM community is truly extraordinary!
