As for where to look for and what to look for, are similar concepts to residential (specially multifamily) with a beneficial twist that it is human resource and maintenance light so you can look outside your area! 

I helped build a habitat for humanity house over there and it was pretty rough.

That is rooted deep in the human need for purpose.

I'm sure you were questioning humanity for a while there.

But due to AI and not knowing wether Im playing vs a human being or a computer these days, its time for me to move into new ventures. 

I also work full time as a Human Resources assistant and part time with local community center.I know my intro is really brief but I just leaped way out of my comfort zone with this and I am just excited to be here.

Not all my tenants are bad but managing properties in class C & D has shown me a side humanity I would have much rather have been oblivious about. 

Actually waiting to hear back from the appraiser - the bank first had a desktop appraisal done, which came back at an insane $677k (we bought the house from the bank for $280k) and they then had a walk through ordered, which came back at an almost equally absurd $330 (there are houses all around us that are half the size that sold for that much).

I work a 9-5 as a Human Resources Specialist and I refuse to live my life working and not having time with my wife and little girl.

Just the nature of humans, apparently.
