One that I think is a must, not just for real estate, but for you're success in general is "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki.

It takes many years... unless you're rich to begin with and can be your own lender.Nobody is going to lend you millions for a 100+ apartment complex with zero landlording experience and "self-employment" and no current property ownership unless you've steadily been making huge verifiable income a year and have a lot of cash/assets of your own.

I have already read books such as "Think and Grow Rich", "Awaken the Giant Within", "Good to Great", "How to Win Friends and Influence People", "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People", and am about to read "Rich Dad, Poor Dad".

We both have day jobs and our long term goal is to be completely running and managing our real estate, as well as other businesess, investments in 10 years without having the day-to-day job (i.e. the Rat Race in Rich Dad, Poor Dad).A little about ourselves- I'm a practicing attorney in the consumer financial sector, primarily in residential mortgages.
