I will refinance in 6 months and cash him out.Once renovated, the property can be valued at 170k-180k ( He mentioned 200k, but I'm not confident in that ).

I usually would put the appointments 15 minutes apart, and do a few at once unless I get a very good feeling about an applicant. 

We feel that by having an smaller home we will be more connected and will have less unnecessary stuff.

If it helps the kitchen is near a door and the kichen has a window, but I feel like I couldnt rely on a tenant to open a window/the door everytime they cook.

I want people to feel like they're walking into their own house, not some frat house with beds in every corner.....

Paying the premium and not feeling that you having a full service team behind you.
