I would expect this person, for example, to provide a plan to open, lighten, and modernize the house, maximize curb appeal, etc.I certainly expect my selling agent (a top producer who will of course be very familiar with what buyers want in the area) will provide key input as well.

She had no idea....Seems like every where you go, the main objective in business is cheating the other guy......BTW, Most places use the same pitcher as they are provided by the beer distributor and when topped off, there are 4 glasses to a 64oz pitcher around here...LOL

If it makes any difference, my house is at the bottom of a hillside (it butts up to the bottom of it), and my garage is street level, with the living spaces sitting on top of the garage (and crawl space).Any thoughts would be appreciated.
