In terms of learning: listen to the BP podcasts, engage on the forums, read books, watch YouTube videos, everything.  

This meeting will be an introduction point for all who choose to attend and will serve as preparation for what our groups purpose is, what we want to achieve as a group and as individuals and really start to converge as a strong community in order for us to excel in business and in life.Come prepared to share a brief summary of who you are!

Reaching out to property management is an excellent idea - we love and trust the company we use for our rentals, I imagine they'll have a few suggestions.
