@Twana Rasoul your right I should think about my future I was going to do the SFH and rent by the room just to start out I’ve been looking and for my budget the duplexes and triplexes aren’t really on the nice part of town and since I really don’t know the areas I’d like to live in a safe neighborhood but I’m still looking at a year out so I’m not sure what will pop up within the next year but thank you for the advice
