Planning on getting out of the military to wholesale any tips?

Hello everyone i currently have 2 rental properties located in PA and in Ohio. I am trying to get into the wholesale business , Any tips or major things i should know about?? Thank you!!

Whoa, thanks for the kind words @David Pere!

Where are you planning on wholesaling?  Do you have a marketing budget for the first 6 months?  I would highly recommend you check out some podcasts and find someone who you relate to in the business.  While I'm all for coaching, training and mentorship it has to fit where you are too.  Get some base knowledge first about wholesaling, make sure it's the best fit for you, set the budget and goals, then take action!  I ask the location because that can be important when it comes to the budget.  

6 months is an important number to me, it took me 4.5 months to get my first deal but since then I've done over 600 in the last 4 years.  What if I quit after 3 months?
