The conventional loan products are the ones that require an individual person to buy the home, be on the mortgage, deed, title, etc.  

The traditional fix is to either rewire, or have an electrician use a product called COPALUM.

The TSP is pretty simple and some people want a fancier product if they are taking their retirement savings out at once.

Often times manufactures discontinue certain lines and look to liquidate products that normally retail for $4+ per foot and can be found for under $2.
