After completing my service in the military and my wife finished her time in law school in Nashville, TN… we elected to come back to Texas to be with friends and family in a place that felt like home.Coming home, I decided to work for my wife’s family business and have been working side by side with my father-in-law since 2006.

However, I have seen 99% do it wrong as you have to properly track contributions/distribution, most of the basic tax elections are missing, and others. 

Even though Arizona voted blue this past election, it has landlord-friendly laws.

I was fearful of the market taking due to Covid, the election, and an inability to evict renters due to Austin ordinances.
