Purchased a townhome while living in ATX. Moved due to family and work and rented it to long-term renters. I was fearful of the market taking due to Covid, the election, and an inability to evict renters due to Austin ordinances. I sold, coming out about even on the capital gains. In hindsight, I could have held onto it and probably been okay, except for the large storm that recently hit Texas and impacted that community severely.
