Hi Glenn,Secret Pets are par for the course (especially cats).If the service animal thing didn't pan out for the renter, and it were mine, I'd ask for a pet deposit fee and allow the person to pay it off over the term of the lease in payments.

As for that grow op pic, its essentially a manufacturing operation forced into secret by the fact that it is illegal.
