I don't think the management fees should come out of that.And I don't like the idea of required interest, because we're both investing money, the cash in is 50/50, so we would both be entitled to a specific return.Sorry to disagree with your whole post... :)

I have to respectfully disagree with @Nathan GrabauIf you're a new investor and walk into a bank or a credit union and start asking to speak to someone about DSCR loans, they'll likely have you escorted out of the building.
