@Cam JimmyIf you are referring to yourself-employed solo 401(k) plan, even if you have multiple solo 401(k) plans you can only borrow up to 50% of the balance not to exceed $50,000, In other words, you cannot double up on your solo 401k participant loans.

Hello BP nation, looking at county assessor's office and properties that are scheduled to be foreclosed.There is one in particular where the outstanding balance states roughly $35K. 

s example of a house worth $100K with a $60K outstanding balance, the total owed is probably closer to $75K with all the fees and foreclosure costs. 

And I'm not here to tell you this was a difficult one.

I’ll admit, they can be difficult to find since everyone is overvaluing properties in this market. 

Speculation may tip the balance for me, but the actual decisions are made with the actual numbers at hand, not speculation.

So it is very difficult to purchase off the online auction.

Our goal is to add 2/3 more properties in the same area but its been difficult to find good properties.
