People that locate their own properties to buy should have a different arrangement than people who want an agent to find them great deals.Also... forget interviews.Talk to people you know about who they used. 

I think it is more behind the demand for those units and your credit rating and your ability to pay the loan no matter what happens that counts.Your obligation is only the current leases and what law might apply in that city, that state, or the country it is located in. 

I would also consider your asset class and location.

The property is located 7 minutes from a university so we are hopping to be able to create more units in this desirable area.

If it is in a good location you will need to offer asking.

Not gonna happen.Afterall, real estate is a local thing... it's all about location.

Location is ideal as well.

I've been looking at potential locations throughout the south and midwest.I found out about BiggerPockets from an investor that I met at church.

It's physical location would matter more on a rental. 

Just to move the discussion along, I've checked a library close to me and relatively centrally located with easy access.
