Even when they charge you deep cleaning fee twice/ year. 3 times the price of regular cleaning.- After few months you'll go to see hour condo and you will find maintenance issues not taken care of like scuffs in wall because of luggage.

I saw it within 30 minutes of posting, went to see it within 15 minutes of that, and put in an offer at the viewing. had to go through an HML because I was already 7 properties deep in my first year of investing so lenders were a little weary I was moving too fast.
