I ran all new Pex lines & removed a lot of superfluous piping I then added air vents to eliminate air locks. 

My next stop is McGuire Air Force base, New Jersey.

There are several strategies to protect from untimely freeze events (air turbines, burning hay, taller trellising away from the colder ground-level air, etc), but the most cost efficient are taller trellises and choosing varieties that develop at the correct times to avoid freeze damage and take advantage of our hot weather to ripen.

The fire continues to wreak havoc on our region’s air quality, with officials forecasting it will be unhealthy through this week for those in parts of the San Gabriel Valley, as well as the San Gabriel Mountains.

I’ve read a lot of posts about Cozy vs Zillow Rental Manager and a few others.

It isn't on the best side of town and it appears to need updated air conditioning, repainting, and probably new appliances.

Phoenix is closer by air and car and more relatable in that many Californians are moving there and will continue to do so (most likely).Which market would you choose and why?
