I recently bought a duplex cash, and wish to cash out the equity, so I can purchase more.

They probably won't be looking for top dollar because of a lack of updates and recent maintenance.

I rented a 2 br unit in a 4 unit building in Silver Spring, MD in 2012, and I didn't realize until recently how rare those types of buildings are in the DC area.

I’ve been working a lot over there recently with clients that want to live in the area.I especially like west Saint Paul, west 7th, frogtown and south Saint Paul for those options.

Recently I have found a good private money source and I have started doing flips. 

I am going to use Robert Kauffman for an addition on a SFH I recently purchased in Tucker.
