Help! Need accountant and legal for my properties

  I need help.... I have had really bad luck with accounting services and I am looking for an experienced accountant that is familiar with real estate and who also works with legal so I can mesh accounting and asset protection.  I live and am investing in Ohio, but may soon invest in turnkey properties.  Recently I have found a good private money source and I have started doing flips.  I want to start doing everything in a manner that is safe for me and my private money partner.  Any referrals would be greatly appreciated!
