Within a couple of months I had 3 deals, I was able to bring a portion of my debt down, and more importantly I was able to breathe again.I believe you can rapidly change your circumstances by implementing massive action in this business.

The leads still need some vetting when they come in, but the goal of our cold callers is just to filter through the junk.

First, take a deep breath. 

It feels like the super valuable content was more about analyzing/filtering the potentials, such as validating the information received from agents and property managers via internet searches.

It may be better to take a breathe, and move on to the next deal.

AC filter, smoke detector batteries - do you change these yourself?  

They will take the data from others and filter it like they are you.

Students don’t change air filters or even dryer lint traps.

Water filters neither. 

personally I'd look into the blowers/filter in your system first.
