Depending on how far you are looking to travel, there is a meetup in Belmar at the Beach Haus Brewery and one in Toms River at Water Street Bar and Grill. 

But I promise you not buying that cute girl a drink at the bar or going golfing with your boss are not troops you want sidelined because you eat potatoes, ramen and have a IRA.

The main St (High St) has been very healthy- has a brewery, wine tasting, restaurants, bars, etc.

I've been vegetarian for 11 years, but now instead of meat I buy organic produce :\ I don't eat out, but I am guilty of nights out at the bar with friends maybe once or twice a month.
