I have bigger goals beyond that, but I also believe in planning, and that's where I am right now.I'll wrap up by saying that all of you guys who post and answer the forums on this site are truly inspirational.

I hope my story will inspire some new investor's to take that first step and some old pro's to think outside the box.

Wrote a thorough review which inspired guesty to refund the 1k+ 'onboarding fee', and they had to beg me to take my money back and remove the review, then they tried to take a % of all my future sales that had ever been listed on their platform... had to repeat the process, got that money back, and never removed the purely honest but devastating review on them.Then I found smart BNB, automated nearly 90% of my communications, including upcharges for pets and early checkins... just about everything... their software is a dream for STRs.

I would look for a "we buy homes" wholesaler to buy the property with tenant in place.

I do not have a problem with the buying at a low price, my original post was more so inspired by hearing local wholesalers saying they are primarily interested in helping and doing the sellers a favor.
