They apparently email a break sown permonth with the automatic deposit of the profits ..but I have not seen it...I got my inlaws to request 2 years of records last June but I do t know how to confirm they do the actuall repairs...I discovered they were sued for saying the replaced pipes in a gas line but only really used duct tape if I read the legalese correctly.

This is one reason I don’t have all utilities included - I limit it at x amount and I’d describe a proration formula if you had one meter to avoid abuse.3) Next lease needs to include automatic month to month terms in it and allowance to change the terms with 30 days notice or she can give you 30-90 days notice to vacate.

For leases that we have with tenants, leases automatically go M2M after 12 months, and either party (owner or tenant) is able to give a 30 day notice at any time.

Here is the breakdown of those timeframes you must give to properly notify the tenants: If they've lived in the unit for less than a year: 30 days notice1-2 years: 60 days notice2+ years: 90 days noticeHowever if they do not have a lease in New York, it automatically defaults to a month-to-month and the same time frames as above would apply.
