If I could pay you all cash and close on the date of your choice what is the least you would accept? 

The entire list of plumbing fixes includes:replace tub drain (mechanism toast plus drain was handyman'd out of code)replace water heaterreplace slop sink faucetreplace 2 sink faucetsbring upstairs 1/2 bath vanity drain to code (straight drop and no vent)move gas range feed to original placement in the house (they had it where the fridge should be and the fridge was a huge french door deal where the eat in location should be)re-run gas feed to dryer (utility co capped the line back towards a main joint)That ends up to be way more than I originally thought but it could have been worse.We pulled up the kitchen floor since someone had put el cheapo vinyl faux laminate down (always a bad choice) on top of old linoleum.

Since we look to all our fellow BP members as mentors... what do you think of this choice? 

Success is a process, failure is a choice

Even if I knew about the cutoff date ahead of time I would have no choice since I'd have to wait to close to get the service turned on in my name. 

I made these mistakes....I dropped out my senior year in college because the last year didn't make sense based on the choices I made in my own business.    

Planning to speak with a few more that lend in my investment area before I make a final choice. 

They typically offer one color of the Allure (their choice of color) on sale for 99 cents a square foot.  

Newbie investor here and am uneducated on the choices I have for a situation I'm in.I've always heard that the title company of choice used in a real estate transaction should be up to the buyer and that the buyer should shop/select a company based on their tenure/value/reliability/etc. 

At the moment I only own one home and have almost no experience so buying a deal from abroad is probably not the best choice for me at the moment.
