I have a few properties that I'm self managing (in CA) and I'm looking to add another one by the end of the year (in another state), but I have no clue as to the best approaches when it comes to tax season.I try to keep well organized records since I have a background in personal finance and a bit of accounting, but after that I'm so lost.Are there any accountants that operate remotely?

I was curious if the market for such as a place as summit county and or lake county are even approachable for wholesaling.I live in lake county currently and the market just seems to expand over time and get more expensive!

I think that approach will be more effective than trying to come up with one on your own.The scripts you can find from professionals online are scripts that have been tested and tweaked after hundreds & thousands of calls.Use search engines and reach out to active wholesalers to find the right one for you!
