Hi All,When sourcing larger commercial deals, who are the brokers that you connect with most prominently and what markets do they operate in?

The way you become a developer is to find a project and make it happen.  

The hard part is finding the great deals and negotiating the price.

I'm aiming to obtain around $100,000 to $150,000 to get my foot in the door.I come with a solid credit profile, boasting a score of 786 with Experian and 773 with Equifax.

If you are charging market rent, the rent you will lose for that 1 week of occupancy would afford you the ability to rent a comparable property on the market without the need for any of this kind of nonsense. 

The skiing is great and I would think the CoC returns would be great.
