Those that are less wealthy and enjoy paper increases in their asset values get taxed TWICE....once with inflation tax and a second time with a tax on inflation tax.Taxing equity is the basic idea of a "death tax" that will start again next year at 55% if memory serves.

I enjoy all who share their experiences for others to learn from.

You're in the right country, now just find the right place to invest.I enjoy South Florida because Florida is the fastest growing state in the union due to the ever increasing retirement community, our great weather, and again our relatively inexpensive housing.

I've done a google search, but I always enjoy hearing form the bigger pockets community.

It doesn't work.And, with the Home Seller's Guide you can put it on ALL of your marketing material... business cards, flyers, signs, online ads, etc.I see others on here enjoy cold calling.
