No one has maintained the mail or the home, and no one responded or attended the hearing.I'm not getting excited here, but the idea that my purchase might be 27k cheaper is seriously giving me chills!

My cash flow numbers only include mortgage, insurance, taxes, routine repairs, and vacancies as expenses (I will manage and maintain the property myself).

If it's a simple 1 or 2 BR property that has been properly maintained I'd pencil in $150/mo.Bigger, higher-end property, maybe including landscaping - you'll need to do more homework.Keep in mind that may look like 2 years of $0 expenses, then 6K in one wad

Yes indeed.Bruce Norris put out an interview with Harry Dent (with controversial history of predictions), but does bring up the point about China's bubble that should be popping anytime soon.http://www.thenorrisgroup.com/blog/news/harry-dent...I don't think the Chinese are generally over leveraging in the States (mainly paying in cash since banks are still pretty stringent on their underwriting standards), so I think the ones left out will be heavily leveraged investors flipping a home that can't maintain cash flow.Maybe not government intervention, but maybe the Chinese mainland will just have a huge economic slowdown resulting in no more cash flowing in from China.

Hello,Our property located in Fort Worth,TX had a foundation repair after which it was recommended maintaining a constant level of moisture in the soil near and under the house (by placing a soaker hose on each side of the foundation no farther than 12'' from the edge of foundation to water DAILY during hot and dry months).Our property management company wrote a letter to our tenant explaining this, however I can not guarantee tenant complies.
