The difference is that it is for the "Exclusive Rental Rights" so the Managing Agent is granted the exclusive use of the property from the Owner/Landlord verses being granted the ability to sub-lease it.Please feel free to PM me and I will send over a copy.Best,Tanner

So, I don't think I am going to pay another attorney to review this far in and throw more money in but what I will do is open up the contract and call my attorney and have her show me exactly where it is written that I must grant an extension... i have reviewed on my own and they way i read it is they have 45 days unless we grant extensions.

Perhaps you can structure the business on a contractual basis, say he gets 25% of X amount of deals granted YOU make Y amount of profits over Z amount of time.
