I am a 21 year old junior in college, interested in the real estate field.

I've been with the same company since college (8.5 years) and I make a decent income.We have some money saved in the bank ($7k) I have company stock in the amount of $4k, and have a good amount in my 401k.

I have a kid who is two years old; I figure if I purchased the home with 25% down in a neighborhood I am already investing in (put down ~60K), I can then sell the house 16 years later when he's ready for college tax free.

Since I am still paying college tuition bills for my children I lack up front money, but feel a calling now to make it happen

I am also looking around a few college campuses as well.

I have little history in real estate besides a few college courses taken a few years back, so I am very eager to learn as much as I can to help in my decision processes.
