. $300 for each of our LLCs).OT for this forum, but just saying, it seems that anybody can sue anybody for anything, regardless of an LLC.... we've been sued several times (not by tenants), but one was even in a corporation we owned (since then we've closed that business) & the former employee also sued my daddy/the owner, personally; another person sued the farm / the LLC that owned the farm & my daddy, personally + our insurance .... my point is that each time it was a law suit by 1 person against us in various ways/right smack thru the various levels of 'asset protection'.
