I am a local wholesaler in Lee county, i get a lot of leads coming in due to my mailings, PPC, and other forms of marketing.. obviously i cant get a deal out of most, however i would like to expand my exit strategies so that i can do more deals. i have been looking into wholesaling lease-option agreements but i still don't understand how we get paid.

Miko Lee I think you're better off speaking to an accountant for this matter.

I did the calculations however many times it took to find out the purchase price I would need to pay to get to my $400 profit per month @Christopher Phillips and @Isaac Slaughter.I see that it falls near the 2%, which is great, however I couldn't reach $400 profit until I reduced the purchase price significantly.
