The area is called Pinewood its adjacent to Miami Shores, West Little River, and North MiamiI found a nice small multifamily apartment in Pinewood, but it's advertised as 'west little river' right off 95th st. and Silver Blue Lake.Goal: Pinewood12 u repositioning apartments.

I never thought of that, I just assumed we wouldn't be able to because of how many of us there are but u guess I never really looked.I was hoping to do that too and have them help work on the houses.

With the BRRRR Strategy and Renovating, rents, restructuring leases and lease agreements, the restrictions are not in place to make it so u cannot manage your property and cash flow.
