I haven't signed any contracts yet, but wanted to hear from some investors on whether wholesaleing land is as beneficial as wholesaleing actual Real Estate, and if so, how would I go about drawing up a contract?

Maybe one of your wholesale buyers, attorneys, etc. will partner/fund you. 

This is all done prior to closing and on the first few deals that you perform with them.I had a deal go down hill because when I went to visit one of the sellers (I meet them through the wholesaler) he did not seem to be the right fit for who should be selling the properties to us, and that was discovered on the inspection report and relationship he had with the tenants that were in the homes at the time.

you can sell it as a wholesale deal, where the buyer will pay all title and closing costs. this would have to be a good deal for the buyer equity wise.PM me your number if you would like to chat and i can call you later today.best of luck,Nick
