Real Estate Wholeselling in Cincinnati, OH

Hi BP Community,

I am wanting to learn about real estate wholesale. I am realizing I need to quit relying solely on a W-2 job. So I'm coming to this community for a mentor/coach. I'm willing to do leg work to learn. Is there a successful whole seller here who can show me the ropes or can you point in the direction of where I can find one? Thank you all in advance for your help.

Hey Micah.

1. Come to The Joe Fairless Bigger Pockets Meetup which is called "Cincinnati's Best Ever Real Estate Mastermind" group.   It occurs on the last Tuesday of every month, at 6:30 pm, at a community center in Deer Park. MANY of us have been attending for over a year. Quite honestly, it is one of the highlights of my month.  Google "Joe Fairless" and you will see the professional tone that the facilitator (Joe) brings to the table. You will find that this meeting will be a very productive 2 hours a month. Do not dismiss the "encouragement factor" that you will derive, simply by being around people who are already doing the exact same thing, that you are trying to do.  Dress is casual, or if you prefer,  super casual.  ; )   If you are coming straight from work, you can have a slice of pizza or two to hold you over till you get home. Google "cincinnatis-best-ever-rei-mastermind" for more information. 

2. At the meeting, make a beeline straight for @garth kukla. See his profile here on BP.  He is across the river but he may be able to give you some guidance. The guy is highly motivated and detail oriented. A great combination. 

3. Save your money. Nothing and Nothing equals Nothing.
